FAQ

I'm 40+ years old, is it to late for me to start my fat loss journey?

  • Definitely not! Sure, your metabolism slows down and putting on muscle becomes a bit more difficult. But I've coaches people who are 50+ years old and still dropped 10+ kilos within 3 months. Getting old can be hard... But being out of shape plus old? That's a lot harder if you ask me. 

How much weight can I expect to lose? 

  • Depending on your goals - somewhere between 5-15 kilos. 

I've tried other programs already. How is this different?

  • Most programs focus on treating symptoms, such as belly fat. While this program is completely tailored to the individual and focuses on treating the root cause. Such as metabolism, hormones and stress.

I work 40+ hours a week and have kids. Will I have time for this program?

  • The program is tailored to your schedule. So you won't feel like you're forcing anything into your life. Many people who sign up are busy parents, entrepreneurs, and people with demanding careers. And train a maximum of 3 hours a week. But ultimately it's about what you prioritize. If nothing changes, then nothing changes. 

Can I realistically maintain this weight loss and stay toned at my age?

  • Yes! I'll hold your hand throughout the 90 days to help you lose weight. But i also make sure you have the skills and knowledge to maintain your weight loss for life. But obviously i can't control your actions. so if YOU decide to fall back to your old lifestyle and habits, then that's your choice. You can only lead a horse to water, not make it drink. 

Can I sign up for longer or shorter than 90 days? 

  • 90 days is the minimum. But if you'd like to extend, then that's totally okay. 

I have some minor injures and pains in my body, can I still sign up? 

  • Yes, if there are some exercises you can't do because of some sort of pain you have. Then that's totally okay. The workouts or tailored to your body and needs. So i either help you work your way around the injury/pain. Or help you fix it all together. But if you have a major injury (something is broken, fractured or you can't walk) then I recommend you seek other medical help before signing up. We can also talk more about your injury on the call if you're unsure. 

What will we go through on the call?

  • We'll discuss your current situation and your goals. This will allow me to fully customize nutrition, training, and accountability into your life. So you can get the best results possible, without the program feeling like a burden. And weather or not you buy will be completely up to you. You don't need to feel any pressure to make a decision. 

How much is the investment?

  • Due to the customization to each persons needs... I can't tell you what the price is going to be. Because I don't know. It depends on what your goals and what you need. Which I won't know about until we chat.
